After the humongous success of Baaghi, Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor will be seen together again for the third instalment of the action franchise. If you remember, if you remember, the makers had revealed about Baaghi 3 even before the release of Baaghi 2 and boy are we waiting. Reportedly, the film will be grander and bigger than the previous two parts as the makers are going all out and planning to shoot the film across four countries including Morocco, Egypt, Serbia and Turkey. The Tiger Shroff and Shraddha Kapoor starrer went on floor on September 12 in Mumbai and needless to say, we can't wait for all the BTS action from the sets abroad. In fact, the buzz is only growing because now, Ankita Lokhande who made her Bollywood debut with Kangana Ranaut's Manikarnika has hopped on board for the actioner and will be seen playing the part of Shraddha Kapoor's sister. The actress told Bombay Times, "After Manikarnika, I wanted to do an out-and-out commercial film. Baaghi is a successful franchise, and working with Ahmed (Khan) sir, Tiger, Shraddha and Riteish has been an enriching experience."
Speaking about her character, she added, "It is very challenging, but I am confident that my character will strike a chord with the audience. The third instalment is different from the previous two, as Baaghi 3 is more about family bonding. I play a fun-loving girl, who shares a great bond with her sister (Shraddha). I haven't played anything like this on TV or in Bollywood and the audience will see me in a never-seen-before avatar in my next outing."
Baaghi 3 is directed by Ahmed Khan and also stars Riteish Deshmukh in a key role. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, the film is set to hit the screens on March 6, 2020. Anyway, are you excited for the film? Tweet to us @bollywood_life!
