Brahmastra will showcase Ranbir Kapoor in a superhero avatar. It is produced by Dharma Productions and is releasing in Summer 2020. Also backed by Fox Star Studios, the movie also stars Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, Mouni Roy and Nagarjuna in key roles. The film is directed by Ayan Mukerji, who previously helmed Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Wake Up Sid.
Shamshera - Rs 150 crore
Expected to be a desi, high-octane masala film, Shamshera is an edge-of-the-seat adventure and is set in the heartland of India. It will have jaw-dropping action sequences and Ranbir Kapoor in a never-seen-before avatar. On the other hand, Sanjay Dutt will play a ruthless villain in the film. Directed by Agneepath and Brothers helmer Karan Malhotra, the film is set to hit the screens on July 30, 2020, and will clash with SS Rajamouli's RRR at the box office.

Untitled film with Ajay Devgn - Rs 100 crore
Bollywood's superstars Ajay Devgn and Ranbir Kapoor, who were last seen together in Prakash Jha's blockbuster Raajneeti will share screen space again in Luv Ranjan's next, which will be a romantic comedy. The film also features Deepika Padukone in a key role and is expect to hit the screens in December 2020.
