Birthdays are always special and Mouni Roy believes the same. The actress, who turns a year older tomorrow, has birthday plans in place already. The Made In China star, being a water baby that she is, has decided to chill by the seaside on her special day. Mouni Roy took off to Thailand to ring in her birthday and we are waiting for pictures from her party asap. According to a source close to Mumbai Mirror, "Mouni is known to be a water baby and wanted to celebrate her big day at a beach destination. She wanted to go somewhere closer to the country. She took off with her best friends for a week and will begin promotions of Made In China upon her return to the Bay." Told, ya!
Revealing what birthdays mean to her, Mouni Roy stated, "For me, birthdays mean you grow a year older and wiser. It's that time of the year where I like to take time off with my close friends and family to rejuvenate, to be with myself and to introspect. I am loving this."
Meanwhile, as she soon as reached Thailand, Mouni got a photo clicked with her best friend. "Welcome to nimbu paani + sunshine & peace in abundance?

As far as her work front is concerned, Mouni will be next seen in Made in China with Rajkummar Rao. Directed by Mikhil Musale, the film revolves around a struggling Gujarati businessman and Mouni's character, a Mumbai girl who moves to Ahmedabad and pushes her entrepreneur-husband towards success.
Apart from Made In China, Mouni has Brahmastra in her kitty. The actress will be seen sharing screen space with Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, Dimple Kapadia, and Nagarjuna.
