Mahesh Babu is currently gearing up for his action drama Sarileru Neekevvarua. The film would see Mahesh Babu donning the Army uniform. The 'Prince' of Kollywood will be seen essaying the role of Major Ajay Krishna. There were rumours about Tamannaah making a special appearance in the film. And now we have the confirmed news about the same. Tamannaah will indeed be seen in a special appearance. She would be seen in a special number alongside Mahesh Babu.
"Yes it's true and I'm looking forward to just having fun and being myself for this song as the script demands it," Tamannaah said, a report in IANS read. The song is said to be composed by Devi Sri Prasad. "After F2: Fun & Frustration, Anil Ravipudi was keen to collaborate with me and when this opportunity came up, I said yes. I'm happy with the phase I am in with regard to my career today as the directors I've worked with in the past want to work with me again and it makes me really feel content," Tamannaah added.
Well, this is not the first time the Housefull 3 actress has performed a special number. She has previously danced her heart away in films like Speedunnodu, Jai Lava Kusa, Alludu Seenu and most recently KGF: Chapter 1. Talking about Sarileru Neekevvarua, the film also stars Dear Comrade actress Rashmika Mandanna and Prakash Raj in key roles, apart from Mahesh Babu.
Sarileru Neekevvarua is being bankrolled by Mahesh Babu along with Dil Raju. Anil Ravipudi will don the director's hat. Sarileru Neekevvarua is slated to release on 10 January 2019. On the other hand, Tamannaah will be seen in horror comedy film Petromax, She also has Anando Brahma remake, Bollywood film Bole Chudiyan and Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy.
